“Truffle not Truffle’ by Yuzu Omakase” Serving a Taste of Excellence at Lifestyle Asia 50 ICONS 2025
Lifestyle Asia 50 ICONS 2025, hosted by Lifestyle Asia Thailand under the theme “Bridging Worlds, Breaking Boundaries”, celebrates a new generation of visionaries who dare to innovate and inspire others. The highlight of the night was the exclusive dish “Truffle not Truffle” – a delicate charcoal-coated black sphere with crispy breadcrumbs, encasing tender white fish, and enriched with an authentic Italian truffle paste. A creation crafted exclusively for this prestigious occasion. Mr. Poramin Pruangmethangkul, Founder & CEO of YUZU GROUP, also attended the event to personally congratulate all 50 ICONS MASTERS. The celebration took place on August 19th at 515 Victory.
