Yuzu Omakase brought the experience into The Yang’s Club 94

From day one, Yuzu Omakase has never created something that already exists.

We believe in creating experiences that have never happened before — not because we seek difference, but because that is our DNA. Every dish, every night, every moment our guests sit at our hinoki counter is designed to offer something they have never experienced before.

March 20, 2026 was no different.

That night, Yuzu Omakase brought our experience into The Yang’s Club 94, joining the after party of Central Cee — a London artist whose music travels across continents and speaks to a global generation. It was the first time omakase and live music shared the same space in this way — and that is why we did it.

Not because it made sense,
but because no one had ever done it before.

The menu that night reflected the same belief. Matcha Popcorn, made with ceremonial-grade matcha, was given out for free to welcome everyone. Golden Hon Maguro Sashimi and Hon Maguro Sushi with Truffle & Gold were prepared for those ready to go deeper. The same quality as every night at Siam Square — only the atmosphere was completely different.

Yuzu Omakase was created to revolutionize omakase through new perspectives. The night of Central Cee was not an exception — it was the clearest example of who we are.
