YUZU GROUP Brings an Edible Art Installation to Bangkok Watch Week 2026

Yuzu Omakase joins Siam Paragon’s horology week as a food and beverage partner, turning three canapés into objects worth looking at before they’re eaten.

BANGKOK, 22 September 2026 — Bangkok Watch Week returns to Siam Paragon for its second edition, running 22–27 September 2026. Staged across three settings — The Symposium, The Exhibition, and The Experience in the Fashion Hall — the week gathers collectors, watchmakers and enthusiasts around movements that take months to finish and finishing work measured in fractions of a millimetre. It is a week built on the premise that how something is made matters as much as what it does.

Yuzu Omakase, the Japanese fine-dining brand of YUZU GROUP, joins as a food and beverage partner, serving the BWW Lounge at the Hall of Mirrors from 22 to 24 September. What arrives is not a catering counter. Yuzu Omakase Catering has composed an edible art installation — each canapé constructed, set and presented as an object first and a bite second, with only 200 made each day.

Three pieces anchor the installation. Amaebi & Ponzu Cube sets sweet shrimp above a clear cube of ponzu jelly suspending shiso and chilli, like an inclusion in glass. Unagi Genmai pairs charcoal-grilled eel with crisp genmai and gold leaf. Yuzu Not Yuzu closes the sequence with a Japanese sweet potato confection shaped and glazed to pass for the fruit itself. Each is served alongside a Shine Muscat sparkling.

“A watch and a piece of omakase are the same argument,” said Poramin P., Founder and CEO of YUZU GROUP. “Both are small, both are made by hand, and both are judged on the parts nobody sees. We’re honoured to set our counter among them.”
